Britney Spears popped into a McDonald’s in suburban London for lunch on June 17, says theLondon Daily Mail. Tut-tutters scolded her in the blogosphere. But she’s not the only singer with a taste for Mickey D: As I noted in May, Miley Cyrus went on a McDonald’s kick, and not for the first time, I later learned. Unlike Miley, though, Britney didn’t tell her 1.9 million Twitter followers about her McMeal—her latest tweet thanks adoring fans outside her hotel—so we don’t know what she had. Maybe it was only a Diet Coke.
